LISBURN CITY CENTRE MANAGEMENT

Lisburn City Council works closely with and part funds Lisburn City Centre Management  (formerly Lisburn Development), an effective private/public partnership.

Lisburn City Centre Management manages and co-ordinates several key strategic programmes on behalf of the Council.  It  aims to impact upon and improve the overall competitiveness, economic circumstances and profile of Lisburn City Centre. 

CCTV

The Council is a member and major funder of Lisburn Commerce Against Crime (LCAC), a partnership established to reduce crime levels in the city centre.  Key achievements to date include the network of radiolink for city centre retailers (now extended to include the evening and nightime economy) and a £1m network of CCTV cameras in Lisburn City Centre, Hillsborough, Dunmurry and Moira funded by Lisburn City Council, the Police Authority for Northern Ireland and the local Private Sector.
