COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Lisburn Arts Advisory Committee held its ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING on Wednesday 27 April 2005. The following Office Bearers were elected.
Chairman: Stephen McLoughlin: (Professional Painist/Principal of Lisburn School of Music), Vice-Chair: Richard Yarr (Professional Music Practitioner), Honorary Secretary: David Sloan (Amateur Dramatist, Actor/Theatre Director).
Creative and Performing arts representatives were elected as follows.
CREATIVE ARTS PANEL: Stanley Bell (Creative Arts Researcher & former Chairman Lisburn Historical Society), Patsy Browne (Amateur Craft Worker - Creative Embroidery), Kay Eastwood (Visual Artist/Practicing Arts Professional/Art & Design Moderator), Carole Kane (WEA Representative), Sam Perkins (Amateur Artist), Monica Walsh (Amateur Artist).
PERFORMING ARTS PANEL: Winifred Bell (Retired Lyric Theatre Administrator), Ann Ekin (Amateur Dramatist), Rosalind McCleary (Administrator and Founder - Panto Players), Alex Murphy (Amateur Dramatist - Musical Theatre), Janet Atherton (Culture Team Librarian SEELB Representative), Richard Croxford (Professional Actor/Theatre Director).
Ex-officio Members: Alderman Cecil Calvert, Lisburn City Council, Councillor Bill Gardiner-Watson, Lisburn City Council, Nick Livingston, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Alison Livingstone, Arts and Disability Forum for Northern Ireland.
