Lagan Valley Island is the headquarters of Lisburn City Council.  The building opened for business in March 2001 and was officially opened by Her Majesty The Queen in November 2001.

The facility is a unique one with a mix of civic, business and arts facilities.  It comprises of Council offices, the Island Arts Centre, Council Chamber, purpose-built wedding facilities and conferencing facilities as well as Lighters Restaurant

On site car parking for over 300 cars is also available.  The building   itself is fully accessible for disabled and non-disabled persons.

Lagan Valley Island is situated in the heart of the City of Lisburn and offers a host of activities to residents, visitors and businesses with its extensive choice of facilities.
