By Phone Telephone 028 9250 9292 for fast check on availability. Make a provisional booking and complete the Application Form For Hire of Facilities and send with your deposit within two weeks to confirm your booking. Booking Forms can be sent out at time of provisional booking on request. By E-mail Complete the attached Enquiry Form and email to civic.centre@lisburn.gov.uk we will e-mail confirmation of provisional booking. You can then complete the Application Form For Hire of Facilities and send with your deposit within two weeks to confirm your booking. By Post Send details of your requirements as per the Enquiry Form. We will provisionally book your request and subject to availability, send you a confirmation booking form.
