WEDDINGS At Lagan Valley Island we are pleased to offer the unique feature of holding both your wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. Civil weddings are held in the purpose-designed Cherry Room with adjoining Bridal Dressing Room and Wedding Balcony, which accommodates up to 75 guests. The Council's Registrar and Centre Management will be delighted to help you plan your special day. Lagan Valley Island is fully licensed so bar facilities can be booked for guest's arrival, or why not treat your guests to a champagne reception after your ceremony? Lagan Valley Island is extremely popular for weddings and lends itself to both formal and informal ce remonies. Smaller wedding parties may choose to hold their reception in one of the smaller rooms at Lagan Valley Island and the Island Hall is popular for larger parties. Whatever you choose your wedding day will be a memorable one with us. You will be spoilt for choice for photographs, with stunning views from the Wedding Balcony, the Princess Diana Memorial Garden and several water features and sculptures on and around the Island.
