COUNCIL MINUTES AND REPORTS Lisburn City Council operates a Committee system to conduct its business. The following Committees, meet on a monthly basis and direct the activities of the Council: - Strategic Policy

- Leisure Services
- Environmental Services
- Planning
- Personnel
- District Policing Partnerships
With the exception of the Personnel Committee all Committees of the Council are open to the Public. All decisions taken at Committee must be ratified at the Full Council Meeting which normally takes place on the last Tuesday of every month. Council minutes are available on-line. Please use the search facility below. It should be noted that due to the procedures in relation to the adoption of Committee Minutes, the Committee Minutes will normally be up to three months behind.
